1. The Service and this agreement

These Terms govern the Relinta application, browser extension, APIs, agent connections and related features provided under this agreement (the Service). Relinta, we, us and our refer to the operator providing the Service under the Relinta name. You means the person or organization entering the agreement. An authorized user acts through your workspace with your authority; authorization does not itself transfer ownership of their identity or third-party account to you.

The Service is intended for professional and business use by people aged at least 18 who can enter a binding agreement. If you accept for an organization or manage another person's account, you must have authority to do so. Agency and client-account use must be within your plan, your client's authorization and applicable law.

An agreement is formed when you expressly accept these Terms through a disclosed acceptance process or enter an order that expressly incorporates them. Merely publishing this page is not acceptance by an existing customer. If you do not agree, do not accept them or use the contractual Service.

Whether you are a business customer or consumer depends on applicable law and the purpose of the transaction, not the type of payment card. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. The business-only protections below apply only where you are acting for business or professional purposes and they are lawful.

2. Accounts, workspaces and authorized actions

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and access keys, and use available permissions appropriately. Workspace owners and administrators manage access for members and integrations. Only connect accounts and credentials with the holder's authority. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. These duties do not make you responsible for a security failure that the law attributes to us.

You are responsible for actions that you and your authorized users, integrations or agents instruct the Service to perform, subject to responsibilities that applicable law places on us. This includes reviewing the accounts, audiences, destinations, messages and automation settings you select.

You must also manage recipient objections, unsubscribe requirements and any legally required suppression of further outreach. Using an agent or AI-generated text does not remove those duties. An API key or agent connection should be limited to the permissions you intend to grant; giving it access can allow consequential actions without a human click for each one.

When enabled, automation may prepare or execute actions without a separate confirmation for each action. Approval controls apply only where offered and enabled. Pausing work, disconnecting an account or revoking access may not reverse an action already completed or transmitted to a third party.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Service only with accounts and information you are entitled to use, for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable platform rules. You must not use it to:

  • Send spam, prohibited unsolicited messages, deceptive communications or unlawful content.
  • Impersonate others without authority, obtain unauthorized access, or misuse credentials or personal information.
  • Circumvent security restrictions, abuse provider limits, or interfere with the Service or other users.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or upload malicious material.
  • Upload sensitive information not needed for an enabled feature, such as government identity documents, full payment-card data or regulated health information, without a separately agreed lawful arrangement. Secrets belong only in the designated credential controls, not notes, prompts or custom fields.
  • Resell access or represent an affiliation with Relinta or another platform without authorization.

You are responsible for establishing any required permission or lawful basis for your contacts, imported data and outreach. Publicly visible information is not automatically unrestricted information. A feature's technical availability does not make a particular use lawful or permitted by a third-party platform.

4. Third-party platforms and optional integrations

Relinta is independent of LinkedIn, Google, Telegram, Slack and other third-party platforms. Their services, policies and decisions are outside our control and may change or restrict a feature or account. Third-party terms continue to apply.

LinkedIn's rules restrict automated access, scraping, account sharing and account transfers. Certain activities can result in restrictions or loss of access, even when technically possible through the Service. We do not represent that LinkedIn approves Relinta or every use of its features. Customer authorization does not by itself supply platform permission.

Connecting an integration authorizes only the access and uses disclosed for that integration. Selecting a notification destination, webhook or agent can transmit information to that destination. Check who can access it before enabling delivery. Connecting a mailbox alone does not start a campaign or authorize undisclosed uses of its contents.

Where the Service lets you request a profile from an independent supplier, that request sends the relevant profile selection and contact details to the supplier. A request is not a completed rental purchase or a guarantee of availability. The supplier's rental agreement and rental payment are directly between you and the supplier; Relinta's software subscription is separate. Relinta does not collect that supplier's rental payment through this flow or guarantee the supplier's performance, ownership claims, replacement terms or a platform's acceptance of the account. Confirm the supplier's identity, terms and authority before paying or using an account.

This allocation does not disclaim responsibilities that the law places on Relinta for its own representations, referral conduct, handling of information or provision of the Service. An independent supplier is not the same as a processor we select to operate our own Service.

5. AI features and your content

AI-generated text, classifications and recommendations can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or similar to output provided to others. They are not professional legal or compliance advice, a factual verification or a guarantee of originality or exclusive intellectual-property rights. Review outputs to the extent appropriate before relying on them, particularly when enabling automatic publication or sending. You remain responsible for your instructions and the content you authorize, subject to applicable law.

You retain whatever rights you hold in content you provide; importing third-party information does not create ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, process, format and transmit that content through necessary service providers only as reasonably required to provide the selected Service, maintain security, support authorized use and comply with applicable law, as explained in the Privacy Policy. It lasts only as needed for those purposes and applicable retention. This does not license public advertising using your private content, sale of private messages or general-purpose model training on Google data. Google restrictions continue to apply to derived information and onward transfers.

We retain rights in the Service's software, branding and other materials. Using the Service does not transfer those rights to you. These Terms do not restrict activities that applicable law expressly permits.

Non-public workspace content, credentials and confidential business information disclosed to operate the Service must be protected with reasonable care and used only for the agreement's permitted purposes. Disclosure is limited to authorized users, personnel and providers who need access and are subject to appropriate duties, or a lawful requirement. The receiving party must limit legally compelled disclosure and provide notice where legally permitted. Information lawfully public, already known without restriction, independently developed or lawfully received without confidentiality duties is not confidential on that basis. Google information remains subject to the stricter restrictions in the Privacy Policy; this clause is not permission for unrestricted human access.

6. Plans, payments and cancellation

Prices, billing units, included features, renewal periods and additional charges are those disclosed in the relevant plan, checkout or order. You authorize collection of the disclosed subscription and renewal charges through your selected payment method. Any applicable taxes and charges must be handled as disclosed and required by law. An upgrade, additional profile or other change can affect charges as disclosed for that action; this agreement does not promise that all plan changes have identical proration rules.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the disclosed period unless canceled before renewal. Unless the purchase terms state otherwise, cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. Merely disconnecting a LinkedIn account or closing a browser is not cancellation of a subscription; use the Billing controls or contact us for assistance.

Fees are non-refundable except where applicable law or a separate binding agreement requires a refund. Cancellation, non-use, disconnection, disappointing campaign results or a third-party account restriction does not by itself create a voluntary refund or prorated-credit entitlement. This does not remove remedies for unauthorized charges, legally actionable non-performance, statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any required express request to start a service during a withdrawal period, and any legally effective waiver, must be obtained separately; it is not inferred from these Terms or card payment alone.

Changes to prices or ongoing paid terms must be communicated before taking effect as required by law and the applicable agreement. If you do not accept a renewal change, you can cancel before it applies. We may restrict paid features when payment is overdue, subject to required notices and applicable rights.

7. Changes, suspension and termination

We may change or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, misuse, legal requirements, unpaid charges or a material breach of these Terms. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where reasonable and legally required; urgent protective action may happen first.

You can stop using the Service and use available cancellation or deletion controls. Cancellation of billing, workspace deletion and revocation of third-party access are separate processes. Retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Any termination, feature change or discontinuation remains subject to rights that applicable law or your paid agreement gives you, including any required refund or access to your information.

Export information you need through the available controls before voluntary deletion or loss of access. The Service is not your only backup. We do not promise an unlimited post-termination storage or export window; statutory access rights and any agreed processor return/deletion duties remain unaffected. We cannot promise to undo information already delivered to a recipient or an action already performed by a third party.

8. No performance guarantees

Except as expressly agreed or required by applicable law, the Service is provided as is and as available. For business customers, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement only to the extent such exclusion is lawful. This does not negate express commitments in a binding order or mandatory standards for consumers.

We do not guarantee sales, leads, acceptance or reply rates, inbox placement, delivery of every message or notification, uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, or that a connected account will remain unrestricted. Safety controls and rate limits reduce some operational risks but do not guarantee compliance with platform rules or immunity from account restrictions.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties, remedies or duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitations of liability

For business customers, to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the exceptions below, we exclude liability arising out of this agreement or the Service for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and loss of anticipated profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or savings.

For business customers, subject to the same qualifications, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this agreement and the Service, under contract, tort or another legal theory, is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us for the affected Service during the three months immediately before the first event giving rise to the liability or USD 100. Related claims are assessed together, not under a separate cap per message, authorized user, workspace, claim or legal theory. To the extent lawful, the same protections apply collectively to personnel acting in providing the Service, rather than multiplying the cap by naming them separately.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting. They do not restrict statutory rights of data subjects or powers of supervisory authorities. They do not remove liability merely because it involves a third-party platform.

For consumers, the business-customer exclusions and cap above do not reduce mandatory rights or remedies. A general statement that a term applies only where lawful is not an agreement that an otherwise unfair consumer term becomes enforceable.

10. Business-customer third-party claims

For business customers only, and only to the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us for third-party damages finally awarded by a competent court or agreed in a settlement you approve, together with reasonable defense costs, to the extent caused by your unlawful content, infringement of a third party's rights through content you supply, or unauthorized account access or outreach that breaches section 3. This does not cover loss caused by our breach, negligence or misconduct, or impose responsibility on you merely because you use the Service as supplied.

We must give prompt notice of the claim, provide reasonable cooperation and allow you to control its defense with competent counsel, except where a conflict or applicable law requires otherwise. Delayed notice relieves you only to the extent it materially prejudices the defense. Neither party may agree to an admission, non-monetary obligation or settlement binding the other without that party's consent. We may participate through our own counsel at our own expense. This section does not bind people who are not parties to the agreement or waive anyone's statutory privacy rights.

11. Disputes, notices and general terms

If a problem arises, contact us so that we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising legal rights, meeting a legal deadline or seeking urgent relief. Disputes remain subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Keep your account contact details current. We may send contractual notices through the Service or the contact email you supplied, using the form and timing required by applicable law. This is not consent to unrelated marketing and does not replace a legally required notice method.

A signed order that expressly varies these Terms controls the stated commercial subject matter. Any agreed data processing terms control their privacy-processing subject matter; mandatory law prevails over both. These Terms and expressly incorporated orders form the agreement for the Service, but do not erase existing binding commitments, fraudulent representations or information that the law makes binding. Your purchase-order boilerplate does not vary the agreement unless we expressly accept that change.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues only insofar as it can lawfully do so. No invalid consumer term is automatically rewritten to the maximum permitted restriction. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. No person may amend or waive the agreement without authority.

Neither party is responsible for delay caused by an event genuinely beyond its reasonable control, to the extent law permits and reasonable mitigation is undertaken. This is not an excuse for avoidable security failures, our own breach, accrued payment obligations or mandatory remedies. Any assignment or transfer of the agreement must respect applicable law, existing rights, confidentiality and Google-data restrictions, with required notice; a business transfer does not create unrestricted data-transfer permission.

Provisions intended to apply after termination, including accrued payment obligations, confidentiality, permitted limited retention, ownership, lawful liability limits and applicable third-party claims, survive only to that extent. They do not prolong an expired permission to use personal information.

12. Changes and contact

Changes to these Terms apply prospectively, with notice and acceptance where required by applicable law. An update does not retrospectively eliminate an existing claim or authorize a new use of personal information that requires separate consent.
